ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY
Red Horse boutique will offer Store Credit ONLY for online item/s that you are not completely satisfied with, as we know that you are not able to try garments on before purchasing and may need another size or style. In order to receive store credit, online purchases must be returned via mail at your own cost, unworn, tags attached and accompanied with the printed original receipt, within 7 days of date of delivery. We are a small business with limited staff. Please read product details for if a style runs small or large.
Please enclose a piece of paper with your First and Last name, order # and merchandise within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and mail to:

In order for us to accept the returned items, they must be unworn, with tags attached to the item(s), and you must take care to protect the item(s) when posting.
Please take care when sending as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer refunds on lost parcels. Send the return parcel to the address above.
Please allow 5-7 days from the day you send the return parcel for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DAMAGE A GARMENT, E.G. A BUTTON FALLS OFF AFTER WEARING, AFTER WASHING OR THE ZIPPER BREAKS BECAUSE OF WEAR AND TEAR WE CANNOT ACCEPT GARMENTS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
OUR RETAIL STORE RETURN POLICY
Purchases made in a Red Horse Boutique must be returned to the store only.
RHB does not offer refunds on garments purchased in our retail store. We do however offer exchange or store credit. If purchased in store you have 3 business days to return an item to get store credit. Sale items and accessories are NOT returnable.
We ship all packages USPS.
Orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day
Delivery within 5-7 Business days of placing order

**Note some styles will mention if it runs small we advise you should go up a size.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment.
